Mead Open farm trip
The farm trip was a memorable interactive and educational visit for our children in the nursery. During the visit, children were able to see, touch and learn first-hand about animals in a structured encounter session, suitable for all ages and abilities.
The farm trip inspired children to engage with the countryside. On our supervised visit to Mead Open Farm they were encouraged to enjoy early maths, develop their language skills, undertake creative play and touch and see the animals on the farm.
Children enjoyed playing in the indoor play area, where they used their physical skills to climb, jump, slide and explore the imaginative area.
